DECLARATION ON THE DUTY TO INFORM

(Privacy Policy)

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

Contact us

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for as long as is necessary for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

Cookies are an essential part of the technology of the browser you use and help improve your use of websites. Many cookies are necessary for the correct display of the website and also have a self-deletion date, so they are stored only for the time of stay (session cookies).

You can block individual or all cookies. However, this may result in certain functions on websites no longer being usable.

We use cookies to make our websites user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They allow, for example, to recognize your browser on your next visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

When disabling cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043). Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's servers in the USA and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible. The anonymized IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other data from Google.

The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

The service is used to analyze the use of our website by visitors. This helps us to make our offer even more user-friendly and we can see, among other things, which pages are important for the user and which are less important. For this purpose, Google collects user data on the basis of page views, which relate to technical characteristics and activities of visitors to our website. This user data is analyzed by the software to create reports, which may include statements about dwell time, approximate geographic origin, origin of visitor traffic, exit pages and usage patterns.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
